  They got my order right and customer service was good. But if you go late at night expect for them to be goofing off and asking a person to say the N word. Other than that it was okay

  Every time I come to this dairy queen, there is a problem. Whether it be something as simple as ice in a drink, ketchup in my bag or the hamburger completely made wrong three times in one visit. Managers here never care all they do is smile.And say, i'm sorry, and laugh at you and tell you to have a good day. Absolutely, do not come to this one.Go to the old one down by jack in the box.It is run so much more efficiently than this one. Or better yet, go to the one in joshua.It's great. I would avoid this one at all cost

  For being a new DQ and looking nice, you guys really dropped the ball on the blizzards because I ordered a few for myself and my family, and in all honesty, it was like we could drink it with a straw. If I had turned my blizzard upside down, it would’ve fell on the floor. Someone has to train the staff here how to make a proper blizzard. It’s sad because they don’t have a DQ in our state and being new to TX . Getting a blizzard that looks like soup was very disappointing.

  More importantly to me than being perfect is being able to it when you are not perfect. They made a small mistake (I also could’ve been partially at fault possibly), and they immediately made it right without question. They make a good product, they are quick, and the customer service has never done me wrong. Both locations in Burleson are great.

  This location was good when they first opened but now not so much. Food and service both was horrible. Was No one inside or in drive thru except us and they made us pull up and wait for order. Kid's got a cotton candy and a Snickers blizzard and both were melting when they brought them to us our burgers and fries were also cold. Forgot to add our taco's to the meal and said they can't now. They also don't participate in the rewards program here. Braums down the road is better. We went 4/18/26 @ 8:36 pm very disappointed ☹️
