  I want my money back! Today I ordered $65 Worth of food. The 3 bowls I ordered was basically trash. The rice was undercooked, hard and crunchy. At $15 per bowl this is totally unacceptable. I'm sure they knew it wasn't completely cooked and decided to serve it anyway. When you're ordering online I swear they give you whatever. The chicken is non existent every single time. If you're ordering from here go inside. I can tell by sight when the rice isn't cooked. It's white in the middle area for those who don't know. Too bad I had to find out it was undercooked while it was already in my freaking mouth. I'm so bummed 😞

  1 Star – Absolute Lack of Customer Care and Accountability DO NOT order from this location, especially if you are in a vulnerable situation! Last week, while my daughter was admitted to the hospital, she placed an order with this Chipotle location. After waiting, she called the store to check on her delivery, only to be told they were out of the ingredients needed to complete her order. Instead of cancelling the order on their end like they should have, the staff marked the order as complete anyway. When my daughter called to address the issue, the employee on shift refused to help her and blamed Uber Eats, telling her to contact them instead. Meanwhile, Uber Eats referred her right back to Chipotle. Because Chipotle chose to mark incomplete/missing items as "completed," my daughter was left stuck in the middle without her food and was only issued a partial $7 refund from Uber Eats—for an order Chipotle failed to fulfill. Taking money for food you never provided and pushing the responsibility onto a delivery app is completely unacceptable. They wasted my daughter’s time and money during an already difficult stay in the hospital. Avoid this location at all costs!

  I LOVE CHIPOTLE, i went to the store today and got me a bowl like i always do, i was eating peacefully and i felt something that i could chew, i double check and there was plastic in my food! how is that even posible?

  Kayla was actually the best! I hope im spelling her name right. But honestly the whole crew were doing their best at what seems to be their busiest time! They definitely deserve the best recognition. I went around 8pm on 9/16 so whoever was that closing crew needs their credit! Amazing job,yall!

  Dining in at this location is unwelcoming with the loud atmosphere and hard seating saying anything but “eat here” and the delivery option challenges you to call their bluff as the order inaccuracies leave with no option but to wait on a chat line for nearly an hour to get a coupon to get the same thing they messed up before but with the time limit of using it in 30 day. Oh, you had a bad experience, how about two in a month?!? The nostalgia I have for Chipotle of a decade and a half ago keeps me wanting for them to live up to the memory I have of a good meal, but it really is not what it used to be and it’s time I accept it.
