  Had a great experience at my local Burleson CAVA restaurant! The customer service was excellent. Every time Selena helps me, she is always so friendly, welcoming, and professional. She has such a positive personality and really makes customers feel appreciated. She also does a great job making sure the restaurant stays clean and organized. Employees like her truly make the experience even better. Thank you, Selena, for always providing outstanding service!

  Stopped in today late afternoon and the young man who helped me was super nice and worked efficiently! Was in and out of there fast always fresh and kind employees!

  The customer service was off today. Several items for my bowl were unavailable, and my bowl had to be taken to the back multiple times to retrieve ingredients. The overall experience felt disorganized and less efficient than expected. The store was empty the items could've been moved up.

  For as much as I eat Cava, the past few times since they changed their kids meal has been extremely disappointing. There were maybe 5 cubes of chicken, all the sauces were on top when I requested them to be on the side (I didn’t realize they put the sauce on the side till I got home and had asked for sauces when I didn’t see them in the bag) and there was maybe 1/8 cup of rice and a tablespoon of each veggie. I understand it’s a kids meal, but this would feed a toddler, not a 12 year old.
