  I’ve never had a bad experience at CAVA until now. They close at 10pm daily and when I walked in at 9:17pm I walked into the whole staff cleaning everything like they were already closed. The young guy that was doing my order immediately looked annoyed when I first walked thru the door. He proceeded to ask what I wanted. I told him my 4 items and as he did each item I clearly was bothered and wanted me to know because I they the plates and bowls down, continued by throwing every spoon or scooper back down with force. On top of that he was clearly bothered I was there as he sighed with everything I asked for. To make matters worse, I asked for hummus on the side and never got it. I left at 9:30 and the whole place looked like they had been closed for some time. The only drink available were the fountain drinks because all the teas were already cleaned up and put away. When I asked for pita chips, they said they couldn’t do anymore because the burners were already off and cleaned… if you close at 10pm I understand you wanna start cleaning up but you should know you might get late guests and you should be able to provide everything on your menu and at the very least good customer service or I might not be here placing a review on my experience.

  Probably the best CAVA order I ever received. Great service and convenient location!! Ordered the harissa chicken and amazing as always! So happy they got this spot open in Burleson!! Saturday crew you all rock! 🤘🏻❤️

  First time in Cava was a great experience! Stop by and see Mike, Michael and Sarah! Explained all the great foods to me when I made my selections! Amazing staff! I'll be back soon!

  Went to Torchy‘s tacos and they were closing, thank God because we walked next-door to CAVA. When we walked in, we were greeted while a lady closing the lobby and a gentleman named Michael helped us on the line. As first time Customers we were very indecisive and he did an amazing job introducing the food to us as well as being well educated, very informative, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. I will definitely be going back.Thank you Michael,. You are the best! You made our experience great! 6/16/2026

  First time trying Cava. Blown away by selections and freshness of the food and drinks. I was waited on by a young man named Ethan, at the Burleson TX location. He was so kind and patient with me as I tried to decide which salad, grains, and vegetable options to put into my bowl. He assisted with suggestions. I am so grateful to have found this place and to have received excellent customer service. I will be back very soon!!! Thank you Ethan, for your help, your kindness!!!
