I had pulled the burleson location up on my phone after I placed the order since I have never been, that’s when I saw all the bad reviews. I started to get nervous since this cake was for my boyfriend’s birthday. I put the order in to be picked up at 11am I walked in 5 mins early and waited for a little bit while they were getting the drive thru down. All the girls working were super polite and thanked me for being patient, then one of them went to get my cake out of the freezer. That was a sign of relief already seeing as they did have the cake unlike some of the situations I had read about. She handed me the box and I was out of there within 10 mins tops. I checked the cake in the car just to be sure everything looked good before leaving. I was super pleased with how it turned out! I am very thankful that I had a good experience! The cake was very good and my boyfriend loved it!

Instead, I was informed only 15 minutes before pickup that my cake wasn’t even at the store I ordered from and was supposedly 45 minutes away at a completely different location. No one bothered to contact me earlier, even though they clearly knew there was an issue. To make things even worse, the manager didn’t call me until TWO HOURS after my scheduled pickup time to say the cake was finally ready — long after Prom plans had already been ruined. When I explained how unacceptable this was, I was basically told there was nothing they could do for the inconvenience. No apology worth mentioning, no compensation, no accountability. This was beyond unprofessional and incredibly disappointing for such an important event. If you have an important occasion, do NOT trust Baskin-Robbins to come through for you.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
