  Last time we were here I swore I wasn't coming back. A lot of animosity was behind the counter with workers, did not make a enjoyable experience at all. Plus the order was not right. This time was a whole different experience! The restaurants was very clean, order delivered quickly and Jose at the front was friendly and helpful! No yelling behind the counter. Think you have a great crew Arby's!!!

  I have not ever visited this Arby’s one time in which I received bad customer service. It is absolutely 100% the best customer service in the Burleson Texas area. Every time I go in, they have a smile on their face and they are eager to help with anything you may need. They never get your order wrong and everything tastes great. It takes a little while because you can tell they make everything fresh and if you want something that tastes good you’re gonna have to wait a little bit.

  Place was clean, very clean, staff super nice and friendly and, of course, food was delicious, sandwiches were very loaded with meat!!!

  If I could give this place a 0 star rating I soooo would … they are very rude and unprofessional I ordered two of the beef and cheddar sandwiches and let’s just say they were ice cold like they weren’t heated up or anything. I called and spoke to some lady. She told me to come back whenever I was back in the area and had the time and that’s what I did. And then the manager that was on duty Called her and then she claims she never spoke to me when she did and if I supposedly didn’t speak to the person, how would I know it was a female manager that was working last night? In all honesty, I do not see why people keep this place in business. They are too lazy to heat up sandwiches and meat properly. And want to give customers cold food like come on now

  I got a coupon for the BOGO of the roast beef and cheddar and on the coupon it said any sandwich. But in the fine print it said you could not have the chicken salad or the cheesesteak. After I ordered and I got to the window they told me my order was like $42. I did not understand why it was so high the cashier explained to me that the double sandwich was $18 but on my app it showed $13.89. she explained that it was $6 more for the double meat I couldn't comprehend that because the app said 813.89. The manager came over and told me that I had to order it online which I got out of line went parked and ordered my food. I wanted to double-check I went back into the app and it said I could redeem in store or I can redeem online or in store. I started a different order and added the same thing that I just picked up in the store and it showed that the double cheesesteak Philly cheesesteak was $13.89 and I was going to be charged $18 something which is total crap. $6 for extra when it's already a double. One picture shows the order I wanted and the other shows the price of just 1 sandwich.
