  First the drive thru is not working, and when you go inside they are standing around talking and on the phone. Not one of the 3 even bothered to knowledge I was there. Even after I said hello and tried to ask a question about the new cheese steak sandwich. The girl just gave me a deer in the headlights look and never answered and the 2 guys never even bothered to look at me. My recommendation is FIND SOME PLACE ELSE TO EAT. Absolutely ZERO stars.

  I've come here several times over the years, hoping it will improve. Service is slow. Orders are wrong. They just can't seem to get the concept that this is supposed to be fast food.

  I ordered the steak bites. They were not as good the first time I bought it. And it's very overpriced

  Rough looking Arby's, but the food was hot and fresh, tasted good, though not quite top tier Arby's. Not sure if we're skimping on cheddar sauce these days, but generally a good experience!

  deciding on dining in instead of drive thru was a total mistake. could immediately tell that the girl at the register was in training by her speed and attitude. just cold and inattentive. had to watch multiple people wait 20+ minutes for their food and even someone getting a refund cause it was nasty. could cut the tensioned atmosphere of the restaraunt with a knife. the blonde woman 'jessica' with a head set (assuming shes drive thru) was talking loudly about wanting to leave and mocking people over the headset. fries were cold and sandwiches were sloppy. wouldnt recommend if youre looking to sit down and have a nice meal in a calm and happy atmosphere.
