I was in a hurry and frantic, and she left me no doubt that I had every reason to relax and trust her to assist with my issue. She did, and in doing so, she MADE MY DAY! What started out as a nightmare resulted in my tasks for the day being met, and she did all of this with a smile on her face! Thank you so much, Linda!!!

Also, everyone that we have talked to in the deli has been great as well so if you are looking for great guest services and great chicken you have found it!

I was then approached by Rachel and the whole conversation was harder than it needed to be. I was simply just asking the earliest time she could have a cake ready for me by the next day. She just kept asking what time I needed it by but then said they open at 6… the whole conversation was just a cringe. I then asked for an order of cupcakes with a print design on. She asked me if I was sure because they were expensive. I was taken back because I can definitely afford 24 cupcakes…they were only $2 a piece… I then went today on the 21st to get a cake for my mom. The glass case of cakes were foggy due to condensation…I asked if a specific cake was whipped or buttercream just to verify.. because I couldn’t see..she said “uh yea the ones that are whipped say whipped” like girl.. I know that I’m just double checking ? Sometimes mistakes can be make and things happen. My mom likes butter cream frosting so I wanted to verify. I literally had to turn the opposite way of her to compose myself. I was hoping she still wasn’t there from this morning was but she was unfortunately. Rachel if you’re reading this …..girl…
