  Awful I got a blended drink and it was watered down was barely blended and I asked for decaf and it was caffeinated

  This staff is so SO fun and energetic! The manager always goes out of her way to great me personally, never have had a bad experience here!!

  Heads and shoulders above the big S in everyway.You get alot more for your money and the kids are all so friendly and they act like your are wanted as a customer .MY NEW FAVORITE GO TO.

  Kinda disappointed in the change. When I first started coming the manager would always be outside talking to my husband and I while we waited for our drinks but now she will rarely even says anything when she’s the one handing us our drinks. I know it’s nothing personal but I just noticed a change in the customer service at this location

  I've been coming here for a while, but the customer service has really gone downhill. The staff used to be friendly and welcoming, but lately it feels like they're more focused on rushing than actually helping customers. The biggest issue is the consistency. I order the exact same drink every time, yet it doesn’t always taste the same. Some days it's perfect, other days it's way too sweet, watered down, or made completely differently. It shouldn't be a guessing game every time I visit. I understand everyone has off days, but when this keeps happening, it's disappointing-especially when you're paying the same price for an inconsistent product. I hope management focuses more on customer service and drink quality because this place has a lot of potential.
