  TACO BELL/BURKBURNETT ... It's ALWAYS hit or miss with this place. The misses have outnumbered the hits though. Tonight I had a craving, ordered a few different items to see which would satisfy that craving. One of the items was a 'Beefy Potato Loaded Griller Burrito'. First big bite into it was very disappointing. The 'Fiesta Strips' in the first bite were very hard and stale. Very hard, then I realized there were no Fiesta Strips in this burrito's ingredients. It was the potato pieces, they were rock hard, barely chewable. The bounced off the table they were so hard. There are a few of them in the attached photo. I imagine this would have been great with the proper potatoes. The 'Steak Quesadilla' was single handedly the best item in my order. Nothing wrong there, gotta stick with them in the future The other grilled burritos were just off, gotta quit ordering them. The thing that got me the most, the 'Chocolate Fudge & Caramel Empandas', on the NEW menu. I was thrilled to see the Caramel Empanada return, u so loved those in the past. Now you have to order them as a pair. Was so disappointed to see them upon opening the wrapper, they're now a third of the size they used to be. To crown the disappointment further, they were so nasty. They must have cooked these at 7am and then served them to me at 7pm. These WERE NOT fresh by any means, they were closer to leftovers from yesterday. Doesn't do any good to complain to management, as it's all young high school kids. It was six months ago since I last ate here, will likely be longer until I do so again.

  Do not go here unless you wanna wait an hour for 2 tacos. 8 people and they just sit here and do nothing

  I never had a problem with them until recently. The food and service at this location has definitely gone downhill.

  OK, so I just went to your store and it is totally the most horrible place I’ve ever seen non-welcoming customer service whatsoever stood at the desk waiting for them to take my order for more than 30 minutes. They never turned around and even greeted me or said anything or even tried to take my order so I go to your kiosk. I will take 20 minutes to type in everything I want to put in an order because it doesn’t work very well and then on top of that I get ready to pay on it and it clears completely and then employee tells me it is company policy that they don’t welcome anybody in when somebody standing at the front register waiting that they’re not supposed to help them. But it’s company policy and it was being really rude and really a poor demeanor on the way he was talking to people and all he could say is company policy company policy company policy definitely won’t be back to this establishment. I was literally trying to order $57 worth of food and the guy was rude as hell.
