  They gave me my drink, then walked away. Left me sitting then came up and said "do you need something?" I waited for almost about 10min for some unsalted tater tots, and poppers that were not even that fresh. Horrid!

  I hate you complain about places but let me tell you I went to this place on more than one occasion and have an issue. Last time I went there, I was in the drive-thru, and when it came time to pay they told me that they could not that it was impossible. I'm sorry but that is bs! I was like well can you get the manager and they were like oh I'm in charge today and we don't do that here.. sounds to me like they need some better training! Another time, they refuse to let me add a coupon at the window saying there was no way that they could revise the order. Seriously?

  Visit the Sonic Drive-In in Burkburnett Texas, to go gets something for dinner tonight, and Man! They know how to serve and cook some good food, especially, I order the mozzarella sticks as a bonus to fill me up. The food was very good, but the service was kind of bad, especially, the people should be more politely when serving.

  Very disrespectful, rude, messed up order and couldn’t even make the food fast. Unless you order online don’t bother going they mess it all up every time I’ve gone.

  second time coming here, orders wrong both times. Today got a burger with a patty and ketchup came with bacon and onions which i’m allergic to bacon and they forgot my fries, last time they forgot my mozzarella sticks don’t recommend stopping by here!!!
