  Great variety of food but, service took a good minute. Nothing big stuck out and sorry no pics. Everything from catfish, chicken 🐔, to ice cream. Typical Southern sweet tea and more.

  Very inconsistent lately.Loved it the first 10 times, but the last few times you either get unseasoned chicken or tastes like a mouth full of table salt. Tastes like the chicken was left in a salt brine for a week.

  I stopped at Fausto's in Buna because I was craving some fried chicken. It had been a while since I ate here. It used to be really good. I ordered a 2 piece chicken dinner and my wife ordered a 4 piece tenders dinner. My wife bit into a tender and said it was like eating rubber and looked like frozen tenders you buy at Walmart, BUT, the biggest issue was as we took a few bites, we both realized it tasted like they had dumped an entire jar of salt on the chicken. It was so bad and totally inedible and would turn your stomach. I asked the manager for a refund and she was very rude. She said that is how we make it and if you don't like it, it isn't their problem (The waitress said many people were complaining of this). The manager never even attempted to make it right in any way. I will NEVER spend another dime here. Terrible food and unprofessional management. Next time, I will drive another 10 minutes north to Kirbyville and get Jenny's Fried Chicken, which is amazing in all aspects. Hopefully the owner can come in and fix this big mess...

  Salad bar was warm and the chicken was so salty I couldn't eat it .
