  We stop regulalry, at least once a week, during the school year. It's disappointing and inconvenient that they don't have restrooms for their customers. Considering how long the wait times are, restrooms are a must! The food is hit or miss. Pretzels and snacks are usually fine, although we got the cheese cups yesterday and they were chunky blocks of cheese. They used to be warmed and melted. It was gross. Today, after waiting over 25 minutes for our food, the smasher was DISGUSTING. What we thought was a random slice of bacon was actually VERY BURNT CHEESE. Then it looked like they tried to cover it up with more cheese. We've been coming to this sonic for 20 years when there was nothing put here but HEB and Home Depot. Now that the area is booming and more and more food options are available, they need to get it together or people will find new after school quick meal options.

  I cant seem to get food or a drink in less than 20 minutes. Significantly slower than other sonics or any fast food, removed all the tables and no restrooms available. Basically plan for plenty of time and to pick up and leave if you must choose here.

  Unfortunately on this day, sonic had some issues. I don't know if they were short. Staff, or what was going on behind the scene? But it definitely hurting them on this day. I will say on a positive note. The young lady that came out to give us our food. The car pop was very pleasant and I could tell that she was crying her best to get the food out as fast as she could. I wish I could remember her name. But I don't. It took forever for us to get our food. We probably waited at least an hour. I actually fell asleep, we took our food to go. So once we got to open up our food to eat, the 2 corn dogs were not cooked. All the way and soaked the batter was not cooked French fries with received. Look like someone ate half of em, our Large chili cheese tater tots. Only have a tablespoon of chili and cheese on the entire thing ( ok, i'm exaggerating a little, but you get the just) The cheeseburger was the only thing that came out. The way it was supposed to and was decent. We'll, of course, give it another try. And hopefully the issues happening that day have been fixed.

  This Sonic has completely gone downhill over the past year!! The service sucks and the workers are beyond rude!! They get your order wrong and blame it on you! They won’t help you at the pull up order screen. You have to go thru the drive thru to get anyone to help you. And even then, good luck with getting anyone to help you or getting your correct order. Very disappointing!!!! Would NOT recommend this location.

  Usually great for tasty treats and specials on their drinks for 2-4 pm each afternoon.
