  Kyra is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at a restaurant. Will not be back to this location primarily bc of the horrible customer service.

  1st visit to the Panera in Spring Branch. I had spent some hours at the eye doctors next door and was hungry. I had one of their hot sandwiches and it was delicious. 1/2 a sandwich & 1/2 a salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was very nice and efficient. The area was clean and welll maintained. I will definitely stop here again.

  So disappointed. Got the strawberry poppyseed salad and they gave me zero strawberries and the sandwich had black avocado on it black.

  This location says on Google that it closes at 9PM. I ordered on the app for pick up at 8:32PM and paid through the app. I got there at 8:35PM and the lobby doors were locked. There were at least 5 visible employees inside, at least two of them behind the counter looked right at me at the front door, and one of which walked right by the door and looked right at me as I was knocking but she ignored me and kept walking. At that moment, another guest walked up behind us outside and said she had just gone through the drive through and was told she had to go inside to get her order but nobody was opening the doors to let us in to get our orders. There were other guests inside the establishment at the time and employees actually instructed those guests to open the doors to let us inside. I got my order after the guests let us inside. I will not be going back here.
