  Just be prepared to wait a long time for your food. Been here a couple times and I’m done. This place is beyond slow, service is poor. Employees often just standing around while you wait.

  Very Disappointing The mixed greens inn my tuna sandwich was clearly wilted, dark, and slimy. I pointed it out to the employees, and they seemed completely clueless ( with a clueless face and answer “oh”)—I actually had to explain that the greens were wilted. I also asked if the tuna sandwiches were pre-made and was told no, meaning an employee personally placed these wilted greens in my sandwich while preparing it. For a restaurant like Panera, this level of food quality and employee awareness is unacceptable. I expected much better. If a manager wants to review the conversation between the employee and I - ( I asked for a manager but I guess there was no one at that time) it was 8/24 at 5 pm we were the only on in the restaurant.

  I went TWO times in a row, yesterday morning and this morning. I went after the store had opened. I went after the opening hours of the drive thru. No one works the drive thru and no one approaches the window when you pull up. There’s three cars out front and NO ONE in the restaurant. Brother what. The restaurant is literally open and no one is working inside. I kid you not, two mornings in a row. I swear I thought I was in the Twilight zone.

  Kyra is the absolute rudest person I’ve ever dealt with at a restaurant. Will not be back to this location primarily bc of the horrible customer service.
