  I had ordered on the app for pickup and pulled in to one of their order ahead spots and put it in the app that I was there. It wasn’t busy or anything but we waited about 30 minutes watching these workers inside not really doing anything. They weren’t answering any of the stalls, weren’t taking drive thru orders (I tried going to the drive thru to see what was going on and no one answered). I would understand if they were having technical issues, but surely you would think they would come outside and let people know rather than just letting us sit there. I would especially understand if they were just super busy, but there were maybe 5 cars in total trying to either pick up orders or order at the stalls. I have no clue what the issue with this store was tonight, but I’m probably not going to come back to this location. I don’t even know if I’ll be able to get a refund.

  Pulled in at 8:33 pm, sat at the drive through for 10 minutes waiting to order and finally decided it was long enough. I then proceeded to the window to find three employees standing outside vaping.. we just decided to pull off and leave. I wonder if the owners know their workers are getting paid to vape and lose customers.
