I was in the drive thru on 05/13 and immediately felt rushed and like the woman at the speaker was annoyed that I even decided to eat at Taco Bell that day. She was so rude and didn’t even give me a chance to look at the menu for 2 minutes. When I was not happy with the service I politely said “Thank You, I’m alright” and was returned with a VERY loud and RUDE “ oh my lord ”. This was at 3:00 p.m so I will not be going back in the afternoon to say the least. I am very disappointed in this experience as I have never felt so disrespected as a customer, especially in such a quaint town.

Paid 9$ for this. What happened to their portions size and stale rice.
They need a new management.

The customer service here is literally the worst. I come here often and every single time they never give me time to order. The second I pull up to the window, they ask if they can take my order, as they should. I tell them I need a minute to look and then they ask me again in literally less than 2 seconds. I repeat that I need a second and they’ll ask again and again. I swear they ask me 10 times in one minute and get irritated at me for not knowing what I want. They do not give me time to look at the menu and catch an attitude. It doesn’t take me long to order, but I at least need a minute to look and see what I want and when I come, there aren’t any cars behind me so it gets irritating. Today, there was a car behind me and because I wasn’t sure, even though I was there less than a minute and being hounded as per usual, I pulled around to let the car go in front of me so I wasn’t holding up a line at all since they’re in such a rush. The drive-thru worker got an attitude with me for pulling around and when I got to the menu, she told me I had to go inside to order bc now all of a sudden the “drive-thru is down”. I didn’t even order. I have 4 kids in my car and I’m quite certain they only told me that bc they were irritated. Anyway, I have never said anything before, but this is now getting ridiculous. From now on, we’ll just go to Madisonville. As bad as the service here is, my pregnancy cravings kept me coming back, but I’ll drive a little further from now on for a better customer service experience. I have never had this issue at any other Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurant.

I had a frustrating experience here. I ordered the $9 box and added an extra steak chalupa, which brought my total to about $15. After I paid, the kitchen told the cashier they were out of steak chalupas.
I asked them to substitute it with something equal in value. I mentioned Doritos tacos, but what I meant was to match the price of the chalupas
not just swap it one-for-one. If you’re replacing higher-priced items, you need to give enough of the substitute to equal the value, not just hand out two cheaper items and call it even.
When I received my order, that’s exactly what happened. They gave me a couple of Doritos tacos that didn’t come close to matching the value of what I paid for. Two Doritos tacos are nowhere near the price of two steak chalupas, so it didn’t make sense.
If they were out, they could have substituted something closer in value like a steak burrito or a Crunchwrap, or at least explained it better. Instead, it felt like they just gave whatever was easiest without considering the price difference.
On top of that, I wasn’t given a receipt, so there was no way to double-check what I was actually charged for.
I’m a truck driver and was in the middle of fueling diesel with a long line at Taco Bell and trucks lined up behind me, so I didn’t have time to go back and forth arguing or fixing the order. I just took it and left.
At the end of the day, I paid extra and didn’t receive equal value for what I was charged. If you’re out of an item, at least make the substitution match the price. That’s not okay and really disappointing.
