  Honestly pleasantly surprised! Although the wait was long the food was 10/10. I rather my food take longer and taste better than be rushed 🤷‍♀️

  I ordered on 8/12/26, paid for for express delivery. Well it was late. So I told off the door dash guy, he said it was not his fault. The orders weren’t ready and they were just throwing orders together. Well, mine were raw and bloody. I got sick. Went to the doctor on the 15th. I had food poisoning, took them the paper work, with 2 medications I was given. Gave the report to a manager Rene. Showed her the pictures of the disgusting wings that were raw with blood. I called corporate on the 21st they took my info and nothing. Then I called back on 8/31 spoke to a Ron said oh I’m so sorry I’m going to prioritize this. Well, to this day I’m still having stomach pain and nausea. No response to this day. I’m searching for a lawyer. Horrible, I would not step in that disgusting place again. The pictures are so sick looking that u will throw up just looking at the pictures. I wish i could post the pictures. Why should I reach out again. I have gone in person spoke to mgr, called corporate 2 times and no one has called me back. I’m search for a lawyer. Maybe they will reach out like that. I would like to post the pictures of the disgusting bloody wings.

  When I picked up my order the food was cold the food was halfway cooked still red in the middle long story short received food poisoning from this place we will let the attorneys decide now

  Very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location in Buda. I placed and paid for an online carryout order for $66.76, and the app gave us a pickup time between 9:58 PM and 10:03 PM. When we arrived, the order was not ready. We were told they had a lot of orders and that it would be another 20 minutes. Unfortunately, more than two hours passed and our order was still not ready. We eventually spoke with the manager, and the solution suggested was to simply give us a refund. I completely understand that a restaurant can get busy, especially on a Saturday night. But if the kitchen is more than two hours behind, the online ordering system should not continue giving customers unrealistic pickup times. Waiting more than two hours for a prepaid carryout order is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how online orders and estimated pickup times are handled.
