Horrible service! Thought ordering on the app would make things be a bit better but boy I was sooo wrong! Spent over 70$ to try and treat my large family of 8 out after a pep rally and after telling them I was missing tons of items (ordered 6 meals plus 2 kids meals and only got 3 fries..drinks tasted just carbonated water..etc) the carhop “Dazhani” was super rude & confrontational! After telling me “maybe I should re-check the bags because I was wrong” she took all of them back inside! Like isnt that CROSS CONTAMINATION!? (Chic fil A would NEVER!) However once she returned 20 MINS LATER! ..she stated she added one extra fry (still was missing 2!) and that she put the same OLD ones back in THE bags!! Didn’t trust her after that so asked for a manager & refund (which is still pending!) Wouldn’t eat here again if my life depended on it!! Wouldn’t even get a drink if it was FREE!

Came here yesterday because my favorite burger place was already closed. Been a minute since I visited Sonic. Order was messed up, communication was horrible. Food tasted good but shrinkflation on top of raising prices has made sure I will not be visiting again. I've seen kid sized fries twice the size of what they are calling medium sized these days. Ridiculous.

Coming from someone who managed a Sonic fir many years, this was HANDS DOWN the worst experience I have ever had! Pulled up at 3 til 2pm. Asked if they still had happy hour. Was told that they did but it hadn't started yet. We happily pulled over until 2pm, then pulled back through the drive through. After repeating our order literally 5 times, we get our total. When I asked if that was with Half Priced Drinks, they said "No". I was the told that we ordered "before 2" which was a lie because we pulled over to wait until 2pm. Then they gave us a hard time about fixing the price. I will never come back to this location.

Accused me of not paying despite their monitor next to my car showing that my transaction had been paid for and me showing them on my credit card's app that the transaction had been processed on my card. They wouldn't back down, walked the ice cream I had purchased between the building and my car several times over several minutes, never acknowledged responsibility, etc. All over a $4 ice cream that had been paid for around 3:30pm on a Saturday by a dad with his toddler daughter. Horrific customer service with no accountability or kindness.

Pretty sure the blasts are supposed to be swirled in all throughout the ice cream, not just sprinkled on top?
