  Placed a mobile order and after waiting almost 20 mins we got half the order. Went through the drive through to get missing large chili cheese fries, didn’t give us a fork. Left on the road and found some sort of wire/string in the fries??? Tried to call them but no one answered the phone ofc. Too far away to go back. Avoid this sonic.

  We placed a mobile order and waited for about half an hour and didn’t receive our food and drinks and when we ask the guy on the speaker if he knew where the order was, he could barely even hear us told us to pull up to the patio and none of the employees came out to give us our order or even check on us. There were also people smoking everywhere and overall the place gave me a very bad vibe do NOT go here.

  I ordered the pineapple smasher burger meal, order cost $15 for one meal and the burger came with only one bad piece of bacon and my route 44 was supposed to have easy ice but instead was filled to the brim with ice. Onion rings I ordered were burnt. Very disappointed because $15 isn’t cheap for a meal, and every part of it was made wrong. Photos I took show everything. Two stars.

  Got home and it was the totally wrong order tho the attached receipt was correct.

  We waited in the drive thru till we finally drove to the window. They asked did no one take your order? The answer was no which is why we drove up. We ordered a kids meal cheese burger plan with fries and an ice cream. Well we got down the road on the highway heading to Seguin and once our kiddo finished his ice cream he opened his burger with no cheese.
