  There is definitely some management problem here. You could tell the employees are not happy, as nobody smiles, even if you try to get them to smile or laugh. The culture they get from their manager, overpowers the atmosphere & service they want to give to their customers. Smiling should be a must for anyone that goes to the drive-through and has someone that tries to converse with them.

  Legit slowest drive through ever. 10min for a burger and nugget meal with absolutely no one else in line. A packed Chick-fil-A next to it is way faster.

  I hate giving bad reviews but this location genuinely sucks. Its run by kids so thats no surprise, they always get something wrong and if im being honest they are not the nicest workers. I dont necessarily blame them since they are just kids who are trying to get paid, and its pretty evident that they werent trained well. Whoever is incharge of this location, since youre hiring teenagers, who are working for the first time ever minimum you can do is train them properly. These kids are being set up to fail. Not to mention that everytime time ive come to this location theres a new set of workers. Its a problem if your staff needs to be replaced every couple weeks. The reason im writing this review is because they got my whole order wrong and charged me for food i did not order, i went to the window and they only handed me the drinks and happy meal and said that was it when it wasnt. Then once they found out they messed up they went to get the rest of the food that was ordered. After we got all the food i checked everything and realized they charged me for the wrong order. So i ended up paying extra for food i didnt need and was missing the food i actually ordered. In the end the manager came to talk to us and let us know if we wanted the food that was missing they would have to charge us extra for it since it wasnt on the receipt, because they got our order wrong. We ended up leaving without the rest of the food that was ordered since we could tell they were stressed out and it wasnt worth getting upset about for us atleast. I dont know whats up with this location but dont come here if you want your order to be correct.

  Every time I come in the food is hot, fresh and correctly done. Not like the one in Kyle that gets your order cole and wrong 9 times out of 10, then blames it on you.

  They sold me a 5 dollar drink and it was all ice. I tried to get less ice and they said it was a protocol mix and they would not change it. I feel ripped off.
