    Worst customer service i have received! The barista was very rude, i had to re say my order 2x and she still got it wrong.When i told her it was not my drink she proceeded to rolls her eyes and give attitude or anything. She didn’t even apologize or anything.

    Very disappointed. Ordered the caramel pumpkins brûlée cold brew and all I got was shit load of ice and no soft top or drizzle or anything. Coulda made this shit at home. Just wasted my money here

    Order my drink through the app, like I have had before countless times. When I recieved my order one of the drinks was made without up charged ingredients. I waited again to talk to the person at the window and stated that my drink was missing components. They took my drink from me and added the ingredients and gave it back to me. Fixing my problem but handled it without care or an apology just sent me on my way. Feels as though people in a retail setting are slowly declining with service basics.
