Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- RHRobert HernandezAug 29, 20261.0Came in to eat a good dinner so I thought, came before the dinner rush but my bbq chicken strip sandwich never came out and other orders were getting served before mine so after waiting I when to the front and asked to speak to the manager Bryan and insisted of making the situation correct he got mad cause I told him my food was made wrong and now I want a refund and my free meal I didn’t expect to be waiting 30 min for a wrong order and now have to wait some more cause of there fault… very poor management skills

Truthfully Whataburger wasn't the original plan, but it turned out so much better. There were headbands, pom poms, a special birthday message on the container, a cookie! It was so fun and special. Thank you for going above and beyond. 5 stars for Erika!

The last 3 times we have ordered from here (always curbside) the food has been cold and the iced tea was warm with no ice remaining in the cup by the time we got it. The ice issue was exacerbated this last time by the tea being gross when we added ice at home. The last two times the orders have been wrong. Cheese was put on my youngest's burger and we didn't notice till we got back home. This wouldn't be a huge deal if he didn't have a dairy allergy which rendered his meal useless. No other Whataburger in town has these issues and when they do, it's not to this degree. We won't be back to this one if we can help it. My expectations aren't very high for a fast food meal taken to go, but to fail miserably 3 times in a row is a real problem y'all should look into. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but y'all earned it. Avoid disappointment and go to any of the other Whataburger restaurants in town.
