  I had a burger that tastes funny on my way home. I didn’t order it from there and the burger wasn’t even fully finished. I tried to present it to get it remade or fixed. The employee stated oh you have to go back to where you bought it from and then proceeded to give me an example of if you bought an item from a certain store that you would have to take it back to that certain store I explained to him know that it’s not how it works how it works if you present your Receipt and it is either refunded or remade not only that this location constantly has large cockroaches either inside the establishment or on the outside of the establishment last night when I walked in to try to get my burger fixed there was a roach, large cockroach feeding on vomit in the front of the parking lot and the atmosphere was very dirty. They had a whole bunch of people waiting. Night Shift needs to be improved drastically it’s like since the other Whataburger has been being remodeled they have just been dropping the ball on cleanliness, customer service, and the quality of their food do better.

  Nicole, the manager, was polite, professional, and made sure our order was accurate. She made the whole process smooth and checked that everything was perfect. Her great service really stood out.

  Let me talk to ya! Aaliyah has the greatest attitude towards someone trying to figure out what they want. I once seen her have the most patience with a single mother who had 7 kids with her. She made sure to interact with the kids while providing the most contagious smile and warm energy. If there were a goat in the industry. I’m sure she would qualify

  I had an excellent experience, largely due to Nicole. She was courteous, attentive, and highly professional throughout our visit. Nicole ensured our order was accurate and handled every detail with care, making the entire process—from ordering to receiving our food—seamless and efficient. She also took the time to confirm that everything met our expectations. Her outstanding service truly elevated our experience, and it did not go unnoticed.

  Worst service I've had in years. Ordered 3 shakes and a kid's meal and ended up waiting almost an hour. Shakes came out quick, but I had to wait for the meal. They were busy, so I I didn't think much of it until about 20-30 minutes in. I asked someone about my order, and they disappeared into the back, never to be seen again. I asked another person about 10 minutes later, who also disappeared into the back never to be seen again. I asked a third person who asked for my receipt and then disappeared into the back. Finally I got a manager who was able to get me the kid's meal and remake the shakes that had melted. 0/10, would not recommend to a friend or visit again.
