Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JLJoel Lara4 days ago4.0I don’t know if it’s this location or a result of private equity taking a over, but I remember the gravy being more gravy like, this “gravy” is actually more watery and its consistency feels more like a watered down sauce. The food itself was good, but the quality of the gravy no.

I was personally greeted by the manager Warren, who made it clear, he's committed to making sure everything is done right. Dez took my order with a warm friendly smile that immediately made me feel welcome. When my order was ready Tadasha, who prepared my burger, went the extra mile to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. I truly felt like a valued customer, and that's the kind of experience you can expect at Whataburger with Warren and his crew. And yes, I have to say it: my burger was absolutely perfect. Every bite was delicious. I'll definitely be back. Thank you Warren, Dez, and Tadasha for my wonderful experience at Whataburger.
