Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- HKHumza KhalidJun 29, 20261.0I called and spoke to a Manager about this (Matthew), I told him half of the order was missing. It was the middle of the work day, so a 40 minute round trip back was not an option. He said he could not do a refund over the phone, but if I wrote his name on the receipt, and came back later, they would remake the order for me. I came back later, waited in the drive thru, spoke to the cashier, and was asked to wait on the side of the building while they get my order. After about 15 additional minutes, someone came out (I am assuming a different manager) to tell me they will not remake the order and will not do a refund. This was a massive waste of my time and money. I reached out to corporate about reimbursement for this experience or a connection to their legal team.

The food always takes a while because it's Whataburger, and they don't start preparing it until you order, and it was certainly worth waiting for. The lady that came out to get my charge card and deliver the food was quite pleasant. I've got no complaints!
