  My husband has a food allergy and he stated it a couple of times and the person working the drive thru even repeated it back but they still put onions on his burger

  Went through drive in, also ordered a peach slush which tasted like rotten fruit - trashed! First order I returned because the tenders looked old, batter was falling off, Kids meal 2 piece tenders were inedible, burnt and tough, fries were soaked in grease. Had to cook when I got home, wasted $ and time. Keep up the good work!

  I enjoy drinks from sonic specifically the sonic ice I live near the briarcrest location so I’m there almost daily for a drink (I get half sweet half unsweetened) tea however the past few times it wasn’t fresh and tasted bitter today I ended up going back through drive through to request a different drink!! I’d ordered on mobile ap per usual so when I got to the window the lady working window acted upset that I requested a different drink I provided my receipt and the tea I didn’t want! They did a remake and just dumped the bitter tea out and served me a limeade in the same cup the bitter tea was in no problem had it been rinsed but it absolutely was not! Left disappointed after this very non approachable window worker with not the greatest customer service or people skills 👎
