  If I could zero start I would! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rushed through my order. At the windows, there was no basic customer service at all, no greeting, no “thank you,” no communication, just handing items out and shutting the window. Completely unprofessional and careless experience from start to finish.

  This McDonald’s has the worst customer service in the Bryan–College Station area. The employee taking my order rushed me the entire time, repeatedly saying “anything else?” after every item like I couldn’t even finish thinking. My order wasn’t even taken correctly, and she never confirmed it on the screen or said anything like “thank you” or “pull forward.” The only decent interaction was at the first window—the cashier there was polite. Everyone else acted like they didn’t want to be there at all. At the second window, the worker didn’t greet me, didn’t say a word, just started handing me drinks, shut the window, then came back and handed me my food and turned away. No “here you go,” no “have a good day,” nothing. I wasn’t even sure if my order was complete. This location clearly has an attitude problem with customer service. If people don’t want to do the job, they should quit. It’s that simple.

  The place smells terrible. I felt like I was standing in an unclean restroom instead of at the front counter.
