Assuming that they were gonna be busy so that they would have more than enough time for me to grab my coffee and go. Very disappointed that I would have to wait for someone else to order coffee in line rather than pass the people ordering and just go pick it up and go. It defeats the whole purpose of a order ahead if you have to wait for other people to order in line. When I received my coffee, she was dumping milk out right in front of me. Hand me a coffee that’s leaking milk says I’m sorry that it’s leaking milk. I said that’s absolutely so rude to hand me coffee that’s leaking milk and knowingly not getting napkins prior to handing it to me. She didn’t apologize she just stopped looking at me and was waiting for me to leave. As if I was the problem. If I can give this store zero stars, I would very disappointing. Not to mention when I arrived, a young lady told me that I needed to wait for other people to order when I only passed one car to pick up my order that was supposed to be ready 20 minutes before I arrived.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
