- AKAshlyn K6 days ago1.0Clayton took my order :( I pulled up, and he just looked at me without saying anything. I said hello and started to order. Again, he just looked at me then asked my name and said “and what did you want again?” He ended up giving me the wrong thing anyways (nuggets instead of strips for the kids meal). He didn’t ask me for sauce, and I asked him to scan my app but it didn’t go through when I checked after. It won’t even let me get the points with the receipt on the app so I’m sure Clayton did something wrong. He also rang me up for a small water instead of a large like I asked for. And the cherry on top! He didn’t say my pleasure! I almost asked for a manager or went back, but I had places to be. I’m very disappointed and this was the worst customer service I’ve ever received at a chick fil a

Brylee I believe, however didn’t seem to want to be there and showed it while delivering us our food and eye rolled and walked away. As she delivered others food, it was the same actions to them as well. We love our local Chick-fil-A, this service was just very different than any other. We enjoy the “my pleasure” and smiles from everyone!
