  Gave my dog a pup cup,Ellen was wonderful. My only complaint is that those poor kids need fan misters out in this Texas heat. Health is very important ( heat stroke are real at any age) but the fans!!!!!

  Had a migraine and needed caffeine. I went to this 7Brew when it was near closing time. They claimed they had no more coffee for the night and they sold their last one to the car in front of me. Then Javier told me they don’t have receipts but I could take a picture of the order screen, which was not a receipt. If you’re too lazy to make coffee all the way until 11pm then close earlier. Seems pretty easy to be able to send email receipts. Is this specific 7Brew just different from the other ones…in a bad way? Next time I’ll go to Dutch Bros and see if they ordered enough coffee to last until closing.

  Very Disappointing Experience I pulled into the drive-thru at 7 Brew, and the girl who took my order seemed annoyed from the moment I pulled up. She didn’t greet me, make eye contact, or show any friendliness. Her attitude came across as rude and made the interaction uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when I received my drinks. All four of my drinks were watered down and didn’t taste right. For what I paid, I expected much better quality and customer service. I understand everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be greeted and treated respectfully. I hope 7 Brew addresses this because this experience was very disappointing.

  Hello! I just want to give a big shout out to the crew at the Bryan location. For there servitude. I didn't have coffee or anything but I was in the parking lot in Walgreens because I had a flat and I was waiting for my spare. Then I had a young man came up and brought me a water and asked if I was ok and needed help but I explained i was good just waiting my spare. Then I had a young lady came out and brought me a energy drink. I am thankful for these two young people for the compassion and concern and just being a human being. I hope ya'll enjoy the pizza

  A young kid at the drink station walked right in front of my car when I was pulling up because he wasn’t paying attention and was chatting with his friends. Whatever, but when he was handing me my drink, he didn’t noticed that I hadn’t grab it and he let go while STILL chatting with his friends over at the other drink station. The drink spilled all over my car. I just bought this car. Brand new. He handed me some paper towel and a rag, asked me to pull forward. And when I was done gross cleaning, the kid was nowhere to be found. Didn’t apologized, didn’t say anything to anyone. Nowhere to be found. This customer service is terrible and will not come again.
