  I went in today to grab my online order of 4 sandwiches and a pizza that was already paid for. The first issue was that they didn’t have any pizza there and the cashier said to talk to the manager the next day I said okay whatever, but the biggest issue was that the 4 sandwiches, one was a BLT, were supposed to have bacon. None of the came with bacon. How do you forget the bacon on a BLT! Not only that but I guess customer service went out the roof because after that I really wasn’t taken care of. Just like cmon!

  Due to the app not working, I called ahead to place an order. Brandy answered the phone, put me on hold, and left me there for the entire 10-minute drive. When I arrived, she was outside smoking and scrolling on her phone—not busy at all. She later walked back in through the front door after a trip to CVS. Because of this, I was late to lunch, and the whole situation was completely avoidable. She could have at least handed the phone off to another employee to take my order. The only positive was Jairo, who handled my frustration with real professionalism, apologized, and even comped my sandwich. He’s the one who should be managing the place—not the person putting customers on hold while running personal errands. And for the record, the majority of my Google reviews are quite positive. It takes a lot for me to post a negative review of a business.

  For as busy as they was they were quick and polite. Faster service than McDonald's.
