  Tonight my niece came from Mullin to get me an order because I am in a nursing home. The order was a bacon cheeseburger. She brought me one with no bacon, no cheese, no dressing, no seasoning, hard bun. I cannot go get another. Finally Mr. Honsacker says he finally issued me a credit. We shall see. Usually I get a good burger, but not now. Why? Why go back sometime. Only dinner I get to eat is my melting blizzard.

  Went to get a large oreo blizzard with Extra oreo and just got ice cream... Really mad because they charged me for the eztra and didnt get what i asked for.

  We went last night (3/15/2026) and had to wait 40 minutes just for a few blizzards. When we finally arrived to the window we were not greeted for 5 minutes. Then a rude worker came and told us the total. We observed several workers not doing anything and taking out half empty trash bags. What I am assuming was the manager came and asked if we had been helped and we replied that we were only waiting on two blizzards. This place is a wreck and needs serious revamping. I would not go if you are ordering food because it would take even longer. #dobetter
