- JPJolie Paiva3 days ago1.0The food was so bad it was funny. We couldn’t quit laughing. We waited sooo long. Waiter apologized twice for the wait on our food. When it finally arrived it was all cold! How?! The queso was so cold I had to use a fork to remove the top layer of hardened cheese. The boneless wings were cold and a most of them had more breading than chicken. The carrots and celery were a joke. A few slimy mini carrots and celery was brown on the ends scattered on a plate. Pretzels and cheese curds were ok but also cold. Fries were cold and lifeless. Nothing was warm. Felt like we were eating food that was frozen and heated up and then left out. Our 3 kids got in the car and everyone said “I’m hungry” hahaha Our waiter was kind and checked on us plenty. We didn’t tell him how awful it was because he was so nice lmao Go somewhere else!!

However each time the classic wings are petrified and freezing cold. No matter what time of day we have gone always the same results. Bf normally gets boneless but this past time he got traditional Bone in wings cause they were bogo. He has given me and my daughter hell for hating on this place till now. He said its the worst experience hes ever had. Like we told you!!! So now he finally believes us. So if your hoping for bone in wings go to wing stop. Save yourself the trouble. Im surprised more haven't got food poisoning from this place. Dont have this issue anywhere else but at the Buffalo wild wings in Brownwood, Tx.
