    Had there #5 with jalapeños double meat and cheese with onion rings and a large coke it was delicious will definitely go back to the one on Ruben M Torres

    At this point they need to get rid of this location or management, they always seems to be out of ice cream or their ice cream machine is down.

    I rarely leave reviews, but this experience at Sonic Drive-In was bad enough to warrant one. I ordered a chili cheese coney and instead received what can only be described as a sloppy, poorly assembled mess. It looked like it had been thrown together with zero care or quality control. What made things worse was the response from management. When I calmly asked whether they genuinely believed this was a product worth serving to a customer, I was told, “I think it was done pretty good, looks good. I’d eat it with a fork and enjoy it.” That response alone says everything about the standards being upheld here. This isn’t just about one bad item—it’s about a culture where this level of quality is considered acceptable. To confirm my concern, I visited other locations and ordered the same item, and the difference in quality was night and day. I even reached out to the Operating Partner and received a generic response: “Thank you for your feedback, we will address this with our team.” No accountability, no real resolution. I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, but let’s be honest—what was served was pathetic. Customers deserve better than this.

    The workers are always kind and helpful. The food is okay. A few times the ice cream machine has been out of service. They doubled booked the volleyball court. They refunded me but I wasn’t able to play.
