- KLKing Loo5 days ago5.0The Ladies bussing the dining room were well above regular service. We're helping my Mom while I was ordering. She is in a wheelchair. Got her Hot water, lemons, napkins. During dinner, they helped consistently. It was a relief for me. A blessing. Floor manager walked the floor too. Small talk. Excellent experience. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

- IIIssAug 23, 20261.0The worst takeout service I’ve ever experienced: even though there is a separate area and staff dedicated exclusively to takeout orders, the service is incredibly POOR. I went to pick up my order and was told it wasn't ready yet; I was asked to wait and told they would call me as soon as it was done. I waited while staff walked right past me, fully aware that I was standing there. Twenty minutes went by without my order appearing, and when I went to check, it turned out it was already ready. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE BOTHERED TO DO THEIR JOB—WHICH WAS TO HAND ME THE ORDER THAT WAS ALREADY SITTING THERE. When I complained, they claimed I hadn't asked for my order again—excuse me? The moment I walked through the door, I told them I was there for an order; they said they would prepare it, and they obviously saw me waiting for it—unless they all had amnesia and forgot a customer was standing right there. There were two male employees, and their only way of justifying their attitude and lack of interest in doing their job was to blame their manager—since he was the one who had told me the order wasn't ready yet and would be prepared. The cowards even gave me the manager's name (Danny), as if to pin everything on him. Apparently, they don't understand that their attitude, irresponsibility, and lack of communication only drive customers away, since nobody likes going somewhere with bad service. So, if you're going there for takeout or via DoorDash or Uber, I don't recommend it—at least not until they replace the staff with people who are actually willing to do their jobs and don't act like they're being forced to be there. (My experience was today, Sunday in the afternoon August 23).
