  The TV works, and they still dont turn on the TV for us.

  The general manager GABRIELA IS rude and had an employee pose as a manager. I told the employee Ana they would be in trouble with upper management through other words and the real manager went out and said mam I don’t appreciate you abusing my employees like okay thats not what happened - you purposely stop making dough at 8 pm to not fulfill orders when your goal is to drive up sales and you don’t close until midnight and then when we call in to talk to a live person you sound lost and give attitude and treat client like they are stupid because they talked to a call center representative before an in person representative. Manager should work on doing her actual job and not rolling her eyes at customers that are assisting her with her pay. The manager and employees need to be retrained in food customer service and hospitality. Also pizzas were made wrong I clearly asked for light sauce and manager in black that was hiding and acting like she wasn’t a manager put heavy sauce on pizzas. There’s something wrong with these people if they don’t understand that you are working in a food customer service position and the horrible service you all are providing isn’t it

  I had a terrible experience at Pizza Hut. The customer service was honestly one of the worst I’ve dealt with in a long time. The cashier had a horrible attitude from the moment I walked in—no greeting, no courtesy, just straight-up rude and dismissive. It felt like they didn’t care about customers at all. Simple questions were met with attitude, and the whole interaction made me not even want to order anymore. If you’re going to work in customer service, at least have some basic respect and professionalism. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Management needs to address this ASAP.

  Pesimo y lento servicio. Solo tienen una persona atendiendo. Les falta personal.y se hace una fila larguisima. Segun son 15 minutos y mi orden tardoʻ 40 minutos. Y habia muchos esperando ordenea atrazadas. No recomiendo este lugar si llevas prisa.
