The worker was incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel like I was part of the family. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect and treated everyone with genuine care and respect. It’s rare to find service that makes you feel so appreciated. The pizza was delicious, and the amazing hospitality made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I purchased a gift card and cashier ran my debit card twice, he said if you get charged twice go dispute it at your bank, i told him i shouldn't have to dispute it, i should be refunded or reverse charge. He said no dispute it with your bank. Here i am at the bank waiting an hour to speak to customer service to dispute a charge the cashier at Papa John's KNEW he did. This extra $20 he charged my card has cost me another $20 because I had to take off work to go into the bank and wait an hour, it could end up being even longer I'm still waiting! So disappointed, angry in Papa John's employee for doing this to my account and not reversing the charges on the spot. I should be reimbursed my money and my time! Update: so after an hour wait the dispute center informed me that Papa John's had already reversed the charge. I am grateful but still frustrated their employee insisted I dispute it with the bank. HARLINGEN
