  A customer left a review on this business and it was supposed to be left on wings and rings on Pablo kisel. The owner replied to the review as if my daughter works there instead of telling the customer that the employee doesn't work there and obviously it was also the wrong wings restaurant. Instead took full credit for it. If you want great service from my daughter kasidy and great food stop by at wings and rings on Pablo kisel. The review was meant for that restaurant and my daughter the server that works there. She also got recognized today for employee of the month. I left one star because how can you take full credit for something that wasn't meant for your business? The review is under customer Santos Martinez that attended wings and rings not Buffalo wings.

  I don’t recommend going to this Buffalo Wild Wings. I have tried it maybe 6 times now and every time I go it gets worse and worse. Dining is not a good experience unless I’m sitting at the bar. Bar service is great. Dining experience not so much. We got seated at a table that was dirty and not cleaned crawling with ants. We asked to switch seats and the hostess told us there were no more seats available even though there were plenty of open tables and not busy at all. Then our miserable server took our order and that was the last time we saw him until our food came out almost an hour and 20 min later. We had ordered drinks and were not offered to get more drinks during our time there, he just kept walking by our table. And when we would call him, he would keep walking. Myself and other person ordered 6ct wings to go and I only got 4 wings and he got 5. Other than the service, the food is not bad. If you want to go to this location, I definitely recommend ordering at the bar. Don’t dine there and don’t do takeout.

  Do not order online, they don't prepare your order till you get there to pick it up, I've been waiting for more that 40 min after the supposed ready time, this is absurd. Never ordering online again.

  If I could give no stars I would. We just left . Tried giving Buffalo Wild Wings a third chance and honestly it was disappointing again. The restaurant wasn’t even packed, yet service took forever. We sat there for awhile without even a simple “we’ll be right with you” or getting waters. Meanwhile, there were waiters standing around just chatting a table next to us and near the kitchen. It’s frustrating because customer service should not be this bad when the place is hardly busy. Definitely disappointed.

  Place keeps on getting worse and worse when we go. 1st time service was great food was great. 2nd time, service sucked. Food was completely cold. 3rd time, again, service sucked and food was cold. I wonder why they closed the first time. I really like their sauces and wedges, but damn after all of this, definitely don't won't be going back. Waited an hour for the food to arrive and it wasn't that even busy.
