  I went to the 7 Brew on Paredes line, and this past Sunday was the worst service experience I’ve ever had there. When I drove up, I asked the manager if they had a menu. He advised me to look it up on my phone. My phone wasn’t working at the time, so I asked if he had any recommendations. Instead of helping, he told me that he couldn't recommend anything because "everyone has different taste." Just USELESS and unprofessional. I ordered a drink anyway and pulled forward. A skinny younger girl with hair that looked like corn silk handed me my drink. The drink was gross. When I told her that I had asked for a recommendation and that the manager was rude to me, she gave me full-blown attitude and rudely said, “Well… you’re welcome to go to another location if you don’t like this one, which is on Alton Gloor.” I told her, "You don't get to tell me where to go," and asked to speak to a manager. Only for her to tell me that the first rude guy was ACTUALLY the manager. I was in shock. "I'm sorry you feel that way" is not an apology, and telling customers to go somewhere else is insane. The management here is embarrassing, the staff is incredibly rude. Take THEIR OWN advice & head to Alton glooor. Avoid this location at all costs.

  I had a great experience at 7 Brew. My favorite matcha was sweet, cozy, and delicious as always, and the new drink she tried was surprisingly good too. The staff were friendly, melanie customer service was quick, and the overall vibe madethe visit feel fun and welcoming. 7 Brew continues to be one of our happy go‑to spots.
