The worst coffee I have ever gotten don't know if it was because i complained and they didn't like it, but this will be my last time here looks like u just got milk in a cup

- CCCMay 1, 20261.0Very disappointed with my experience at the 7 Brew on 81 E Alton Gloor Blvd in Brownsville, TX. I got a small matcha that was $7, and my cousin was charged $14 for a medium lemonade freeze, which seemed very expensive. When we tapped our cards to pay, the employee added a tip without our permission. We each paid separately, and both charges were higher than expected. When I asked for a receipt to check the charges, he didn’t want to give me one. We have never experienced this at any other 7 Brew location. We are regular customers, but after this experience we won’t be going back. Customers should always be able to see exactly what they are being charged for, and tipping should never be added without permission. I hope this location looks into this because it made our visit really uncomfortable.
