  Sonic has always been our go to place.but this location has changed my mind we always come by in the evenings and today was my last straw.i understand the high school kids have to work in the evenings but wow we placed our order at the speaker then the guys were like a mobile order no it wasn’t we were just ordering at the box and then another guy was like oh we can’t give you anything cause the lights just went out didn’t apologize or anything so no food bad service never again

  Insanely rude drive-thru staff; Curt during our ordering, didn't tell us the total at any time, spoke as though we were putting them out with our simple order. On their phone watching TikTok the whole time, handed us our items through a half-open window, and didn't respond in the slightest to thanks. I don't think they could have dropped the ball harder!!

  I’ve gone here twice and both times had completely incorrect orders. I ordered a dirty Dr Pepper today and it came with only a lime. Considering I paid extra to make it “dirty”, I went inside and asked it to be remade. Not only did they not remake it, they put *blue* coconut syrup in it which I refused to accept, and only then did they finally admit to not having the ingredients to make the “dirty” portion of the drink (coconut flavor and cream). If they didn’t have the correct ingredients, they should have said so, instead of having me waste my time and money. Absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating.
