  This restaurant is a hit or miss. One day you could go in and out and then a different day it could take 25 minutes to get your food

  Mala atención al cliente no caso le hacen a uno tuve que retirarme por que nunca se acercaron a cobrar el tiket de mi pedido ,muchas personas igual se quejaban de ya estar esperando mas de media hora por un cafe y las sen̈oras ni caso hacen cuando uno pregunta algo totalmente ignoramus los clientes que mal por que a los clientes se deben ellos.pesimo servicio no lo recomiendo.

  Terrible service. I spent 30 minutes waiting to be attended to—they completely ignored me. Many other people were in the same situation. I do NOT recommend it. 👎

  Do not go here if you are trying to get in and out in a reasonable time, this location consistently makes me pull forward to wait for my food even if I order a single item. Do not use lane 2 to order either as they almost never answer if you go in that lane. Workers seem bothered to use simple greetings and most of the time I just get complete silence, at that point why even have people working inside, can we get robots already.

  Check your order, its a busy area, I understand that but still outta be able to get what you asked for. Keep it to what they offer. If you go to mixing stuff, and adding things to your food they'll get it all messed up. I'd keep on driving to the next place. Katy is full of McDonald's. I'll likely not stop at this one again.
