  *UPDATE..... It has been two days. the Corporate/Franchise owners wont even respond to this. Shows how much they care about the customer. I would not eat here if I were you. I'll keep adding every few days until someone responds! **************************************** After waiting a while I went up to the counter to find my Dine in Food Sitting in the Togo/Delivery window getting cold. No one called it out. Or brought it over. Like they always do . Mr Mario do you like cold food? So I asked MR HOT HEAD Mario to remake my order. And explained the situation. He got mad and said if he remade my food it would take 20 minutes or more. He has other orders to make. 20 minutes at Taco Bell is Hella Crazy! Especially when there's no line or drive through traffic. Mario was just being a jerk. So I asked for a refund because now my family had already finished eating and I don't really have time to wait. He said I need a receipt for the refund.Againn being a jerk. Even though My name is on the bag of paid for food in front of him. I checked my pockets but either I threw it away or I didn't get one. Not really sure . The transaction with Mr Mario was very unprofessional. But he did end up giving me my money back. Then stormed off. As he was walking away I asked for a corporate number. He originally said there is no number and tried to write me off. So I had to pull out my phone camera and start recording . Unfortunately the best way to keep em accountable these days. He walked away saying there is no number.withoit helping me. That's the last I saw of Mr Hot Head Mario. A while later another lady came up to handle the situation. I guess Mario can't control his emotions and anger so he sent her to do it for him. That's a real leader for you. POOR LITTLE BABY MARIO CANT HANDLE THE PRESSURE I GUESS Probably why this location only has 3.6 review stars . I wish I would have got her Name she was very Kind. she even got on her phone and pulled up the Number for me.And she offered to remake my order. I respectfully declined because I was upset with BIG BAD Manager MARI0.i was just ready to go. If you can find out who She is. She the real leader here and the face you need . You should give her MARIOS job .he's a bit burnt out and on some ego power trip or something. your business is likely to decline because of him. SHE IS THE ONLY REASON I DONT WANT TO POST THE VIDEO I ON SOCIAL MEDIA. Mr Mario is not a people person at all. If y'all are having staff turnover issues he is the problem for sure. I eat tacobell twice a week. But I will not be back to any Taco Bell location. Because of Mr Mario. Mario if you read this. The Restraunt ain't for you bro.
