  I was so happy with this stop, I walked in got greeted by every employee that saw me, and then proceeded to order, where the lady who was taking my order told her coworkers what to make ahead of time (for speed), my food was ready before I walked to the end of the counter, this is exactly what fast food should be.

  Janeth was just the best. Her personality alone is the reason for this review. My husband came back to the truck and shared his experience as Janeth made him feel important. Asking about truck driving, which he takes a lot of pride in, and the hot temperatures outside. Just small talk but, made a positive impact on our day. Thank you Janeth.

  My experience was "meh" My only complaint is they don't accept the app. I understand it's connected to a truck stop gas station, But in my opinion it's STILL AN ARBY'S! But the rewards don't count. But they will scan ur Love's app, but they kimda discouraged it for me.. Not sure why.
