  Janeth was just the best. Her personality alone is the reason for this review. My husband came back to the truck and shared his experience as Janeth made him feel important. Asking about truck driving, which he takes a lot of pride in, and the hot temperatures outside. Just small talk but, made a positive impact on our day. Thank you Janeth.

  My experience was "meh" My only complaint is they don't accept the app. I understand it's connected to a truck stop gas station, But in my opinion it's STILL AN ARBY'S! But the rewards don't count. But they will scan ur Love's app, but they kimda discouraged it for me.. Not sure why.

  We went in an employee announced that there were 2 guests, as she walked off to wash some dishes. We waited and waited and waited. Finally we left. There was no body in the restaurant or drive thru. I have no idea why no one came to wait on us.

  This Arby’s routinely messes up on every order, will park you for even just a drink half the time; and the hours and actual opening schedule are like riding a roller coaster. Drive up to place an order this morning and the employees are out back. Ask if they are open they say yeah. Drive to window manager says “we don’t open till 7” save your money and go elsewhere.

  Service was horrible, staff were very rude, and all of the items I paid for tasted terrible (like days old). Just drive to the Decatur location they are always much nicer and better food!
