  Food was excellent. Exactly what I asked for. Absolutely no denying that, but when did it become customary to almost command a tip for the cook? I ordered online and paid online. I had the option online to give a tip online and decided that since there were no deliveries or no serving myself at a table that there was no reason for a tip today. I get to the restaurant and upon receiving my order one man compliments my shirt and is set to let me walk out. The other however, mentioned that I can tip the cook. I'm thinking "Tip the cook???" I try to be polite and tell him I only carry cash. To which he responded you can put it on the card. So I tell him I already paid online. And he pointed to the card reader almost arrogantly "you can add it now." At that point it almost felt like I was on the spot. I just feel like tips are for wait staff and delivery drivers, number one. And number two, I would never ask for a tip, that's supposed to be earned.

  I had a great experience at Pizza Hut thanks to some worker named CJ. He was friendly, professional, and made sure my order was correct. The service was fast, and they had a positive attitude the entire time, even while helping multiple customers. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile and excellent customer service. Employees like this make people want to come back. Thank you for the outstanding job!
