  Horrible customer service if I didn't already place my mobile order and paid I would have left. Said it would be ready by 9:48, I go thru the drive thru to have to keep them from have to walk to the stall in the rain, was told they couldn't hear me, I asked if she just wanted me to pull up. Waiting and a girl comes out and goes to the car behind me, walks pass me twice I get to the window and repeat for the third time that I have a mobile order to which she goes gets it and I didn't have my sundae gripped yet she let go and it drops.asked if I wanted her to make me another sundae; when I paid for one🤷 guess I'll only go here if I absolutely I'm dying from thrist and get ice only.whole while they playing in the background. We're are the managers and why is no helping customers.

  I've been going to Sonics my whole life across Texas, and this one by far has the friendliest and fastest service. They take good care of the customers. I also appreciate that they keep up on the landscaping! It always looks very nice and clean. I recommend ordering through their app! It is quick and easy.

  Food was hot when it arrived. Waitress was help and friendly. I will definitely stop there again when hungry and passing through. 👍🏾

  The shakes were runny. Service was horrible. The worst carhop ever served my order. I don't leave tips for bad customer service and runny shakes.
