The management is top notch. The only complaint is the parking lot situation but they can't do any more about that than they already have.

She smiles, then shows me the fresh sourdough bread on the shelf -baked a couple hours before. I find out that Robyn makes ALL the bread in this HEB! What a delightful lady who takes such pride in her work. Well done Robyn.

I called the store and spoke to Mariam, she only had an interest in refunding my money. Not the lot number on date on box. That tells me management is not addressing the core problems with spoiled or rotten items. This is why you must be careful. I work Sunday up to sun down, can't call in and speak during the hours stated. Here is my info,date code and pics. Most of all for rep.not want the information of lot# or dates tells me you don't want the public to be informed or protected. I understand some bad things happen,but to want the information of product is sick. I made the trip in gave the case and reason , they refunded the cost. And said that was that. A half star for being there.
