During my visit, I felt unwelcome and noticed several uncomfortable stares while shopping. What stood out even more was that multiple associates were nearby, yet not a single one acknowledged me, greeted me, or asked if I needed assistance, even though I observed employees interacting with other customers. Whether intentional or not, the experience left me feeling overlooked and unwelcome. Customer service should be consistent, respectful, and inclusive for everyone. I hope management takes customer experiences like mine seriously and provides additional training to ensure every person who walks through the doors feels valued and treated with the same courtesy.
