  I ordered through Door Dash today since I am not able to drive right now. Ordered combos with paying extra for large drinks. Didn't receive drinks nor fries. Door Dash has given me credit, but I called store and talked to the Manager Mike. He said on the screen it didn't show combos. Come on. BTW - this is not the first time the order hasn't been right.

  Dairy Queen Hi, How are you going to have a sign out front that says "New Breakfast Treat Collection" and not open till 10:00? Pulled in here instead of the McDonald's across the street for breakfast because the sign out front said new breakfast treat collection, door was unlocked, but was immediately told theres no breakfast "yet" and they dont open til 10. They don't know why the sign says anything about breakfast. I guess they just have breakfast flavored ice cream for lunch and dinner lol . Bamboozled by Breakfast Word Trickery.

  It’s 430 on a Sunday afternoon and I have been waiting for 35 minutes and counting for my order of 2 burger meals. Staff is so flipping rude with no explanation for the wait except they are busy. Inside is empty!

  This location seems to always have staffing issues and I always have to wait for even an ice cream cone when no one else is in line.The chocolate ice cream machine was down for weeks. Not good service for loyal DQ customers. Disappointing!
