  I had to make an account just to show my distaste for this place. my experience at sonic was nothing short of an abysmal catastrophe masquerading as customer service, the order i received was so flagrantly incorrect and carelessly assembled that it bordered on culinary negligence, not only were multiple items missing but what did arrive appeared hastily thrown together with a level of incompetence that is frankly embarrassing for an establishment bearing the sonic name the employees exhibited an astonishing lack of professionalism, urgency, and basic attentiveness, creating an atmosphere of utter disorganization and apathy this location has become a deplorable caricature of what the franchise once represented, tarnishing the reputation of sonic through sheer ineptitude and disregard for customer satisfaction, i left thoroughly exasperated, profoundly disappointed, and genuinely baffled that such a disgraceful operation continues to function.

  I don’t know what is happening at our sonic but I love it. I’ve stopped going a while back because it was Not good and the service wasn’t good either but I’ve been there three times in the last several weeks and they are on their game. Fresh food, correct orders, quick service and friendly staff.

  They took too long to and once I received my order I had no condiments at all, they did not offer any!
