  Ordered two bacon smash burgers and they forgot the bacon. I tried to call to maybe just get refund for that part or get the burger fixed but phones don’t work. Got the bacon but they took forever to “talk to GM and make sure they could” and by time time made it home the burgers and fries were cold.

  Placed a phone order 10 minutes before getting in drive thru and have to wait additional time because they're refusing to hop out my drinks and making me wait till I get to the window. This was written while waiting BTW.

  Spent over 30 minutes for whoever the manager is /was on 6/13/2026 after I found a good amount of blonde hair on my food,I literally pull the hair off my mouth to show the girl what just happened, I was never able to see the manager at all but she was quick to send the young girl again to get the food ,according to her she said the manager wants the drink and everything back ,and of course that’s not a problem since I didn’t even get to touch the rest of it ,looks like this is my last visit to this location ,never had problem before until this disgusting experience today . Do better!
