  Placed a phone order 10 minutes before getting in drive thru and have to wait additional time because they're refusing to hop out my drinks and making me wait till I get to the window. This was written while waiting BTW.

  Spent over 30 minutes for whoever the manager is /was on 6/13/2026 after I found a good amount of blonde hair on my food,I literally pull the hair off my mouth to show the girl what just happened, I was never able to see the manager at all but she was quick to send the young girl again to get the food ,according to her she said the manager wants the drink and everything back ,and of course that’s not a problem since I didn’t even get to touch the rest of it ,looks like this is my last visit to this location ,never had problem before until this disgusting experience today . Do better!

  I know in the past it had been a bad place to go, but I have to say the last 4-6 months things have improved.. the employees are more adapted for customer service, cooks are better trained in the prep of food. Yes some times people are overwhelmed and seem grumpy, but please put yourself in there shoes. IF YOUVE NEVER WORKED IN FOOD AND OUT IN THE HEAT YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND..BE CURTIOUS TO THE HANDLERS. SO ALL AND ALL GIVE THEM A CHANCE. I WILL KEEP RETURNING.
