  The only reason I put a five story review is because I don't want the employees to look bad because they are great!!! However, all of their machines that you pull up to do not have the ability to give tips,!! The owners have these employees out here serving and earning a living for you.And you can't fix the machine so that they can receive a tip???? More than ninety percent of the machines do not allow you to tip!!! This is completely ridiculous.This needs to be fixed.I'm gonna come back and i'm gonna see if it's fixed! If They do not fix this.I'm going to draw a lot of attention to this!!!!

  I ordered a small strawberry slush with a medium strawberry shake. I had to ask to redo my slush bc it was nasty had no strawberries only the base. Manager comes out and said they can’t redo the slush I would have to pay for another even though I’m complaining it was tasting not good. As a customer complaint I felt it was wrong of her should have made it rt. I always stop at a sonic this was the worse. I gave my slush to her said I don’t want it and she took it and walked away. What a performance as a manager. Store number is 6389

  I had to repeat my order three different time over the damn box and this kid couldn’t even get that right. Not to mention when I went to pay there card reader was broken

  Every time that my husband and I stopped by here, Our entire order either taste super old or the drink drinks are not made right. Every time that we go to try and get it corrected the servers give us attitude. We are loyal customers of Sonic, but this location will no longer receive our support!

  The Boat Club Road Sonic is the best Sonic in North Texas. Good food, even better service, and the employees are always so nice and friendly.
