  I get off work and it 11:30 pm and I get to taco bell and I am only one there but I am waiting 20 mins to even get my out to the people and I get my food and go home and I open the bag and everything is half way open like the didn’t even wrap the food in the wrappers, but also I open my burrito and it looks like a taco, this was the worst experience I have had at a Taco Bell ever ..

  Forgot half of our order, wouldn’t answer the phone. Said oh yeah our phone is broken.

  I got absolutely no meat in my taco I was so sad biting into some lettuce and sour cream with not meat 😅😢

  If you're okay with waiting 35 minutes for a simple fast food order, this is the place for you. Whoever owns this location should be beyond embarrassed. Not only did they forget my order, they tried to pretend they didn't. No apology. 4 people behind me in line got their orders before me. To top it off, I couldn't even finish my food it was so poorly assembled. Didn't even add napkins to the bag. Im not picky, I'm not a complaner. But this was in my top 5 worst fast food moments of all time. What a joke.

  I went to this location I ordered through the app and then waited in line after pulling up to the box and waiting on the drive thru like to move. Then I get to the window and this kid tells me they don’t have my order and that I have to pull around and go back through the drive thru because they can’t find the order. At this point it has been an hour since I placed the order through my app and 30 minutes I’ve been in line now. I asked to speak with the manager and all she said “that they found my order but that it wasn’t ready so I would have to pull around the drive thru again.” I refused because the whole point of a drive thru is that I get my order faster. She then told me I couldn’t just cancel my order and get a refund so now I’m sitting in the mobile order pick up spot waiting for them to bring my order out and 3 cars have already driven away from the drive thru. I thought this location opening up would mean not having to drive 30 minutes to the next closest store but if it’s going to take an hour either way I might as well go where the people are nice about it. And then after bringing me the order they forgot two of my burritos so now I have to go back and wait again anyway. Not sure if they need more staff or just better training but this is rough to say the least. Edit: got home and my food wasn’t even made correctly the cheesy Gordita crunch doesn’t have anything but meat and sauce on it. This is ridiculous.
