  I think I need to buy some Jalapeños, onions and mustard and take it to this Sonic, they seem to have severe shortages of all three. I ordered EXTRA Jalapeños, Extra onions, and Extra, Extra mustard. EVERY time I go there I get small amounts of each so started ordering EXTRA over a year ago. Especially mustard, seems like they put it on and then try to scrape it all off, apparently EXTRA, EXTRA gets scraped off twice. I asked for it by teaspoons (give me two teaspoons of mustard) still scraped almost clean. Their little packets are a teaspoons so they should have no problem figuring that out. Ive asked for a dime thickness of mustard and got scraped off mustard remnants. If you look at my photo you will see that it's on my kitchen counter, I have to bring it home and add my own Jalapeños, onions and mustard. By then, it is no longer as hot as you planned it to be. It's as if they don't want you to come back. I have cut my visits down from eating a burger because I like them to I'm to tired to make anything else so get a burger and still fix it myself. They need quality control or need to hire experienced cooks that know how to put a hamburger together. Looks like only photographers can make a proper burger at the Bowie Sonic. I wrote a review a long time ago with the same complaint. Was offered a free (also not made as requested) so haven't complained in years, I just vote by driving right by.

  Arrived at 8:32 and he only brought my burger forgot the tots so he took my whole order back in. Now it is 9:08 and I finally have a cold burger and tots. I understand places get busy but to bring me my food at Sonic 40 minutes later with no sort of compensation is absurd.
