Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- MMMurph4 days ago4.0The food was great but it took a very long time to get. There was only 1 vehicle in front of me in the drive thru, but both of us ended up having to pull forward to wait for our food. The lady was very apologetic, but the speed of service needs to be improved.

The lady attending me was pretty frustrated cuz I was using the Whataburger App. And mind you, I wasn't being rude or anything I definitely know these guys work hard. But she was literally giving out "I don't want to be here" vibes. Then my order came out and she just threw it at me. Bit rude. She looked like she was new cuz she had someone guiding her. But how did you not hear me say "spicy ketchup" 😭 even the guy that was with her heard me. Then she said "bruh" like c'mon now lock in. But hey, overall the food was good as always.

Asked for a refund because my young children were with me and we had been waiting almost an hour for our food at that point and it’s almost their bedtime now. Lots of angry customers there. Not even sure they processed my refund correctly as they didn’t give me a receipt. Good times.
- APAlexis PAug 10, 20261.0Got the modifications on the order wrong and didn't get the Large fry we ordered. Ordered chicken sandwich + bacon + cheese, paid for each up charge. Instead of making a whole new sandwich the lazy employee only tossed the bacon and cheese in a spare bag and handed it to us. Our burger was missing the veggies, they handed us a tub with the veggies. With the amount of time we were waiting our food got cold. we had to put our own toppings on our food because of someone else's mistake who gets paid to do exactly that? makes no sense. It is NOT hard to read a screen and follow instructions. Be better.
