  I ordered through your Sonic app for delivery. My drink was never given to the driver. When I called up to the store, the girl that answered the phone laughed and said, yep I am looking at it. She put her manager, Ashley, on the phone who started off very rude and told me to get a refund from Door Dash. As I explained that I ordered through the Sonic app and that I wanted my drink she got even more rude which caused me to get frustrated with her laughing and condescending comments. She then proceeded to talk over me and say “next time don’t call and attack someone “ then hung up on me. When I called back no one answered which is a reflection of her poor management skills. I then had to call sonic and was offer 2000 point. Absolutely not! At this point my entire order needs to be refunded for the verbal abuse I received from your management staff there on site. It time for Ashley to get out of customer service!

  They got my complete order wrong, I didn't have time to look since it was late and needed to get home. But I got less and all the wrong things then I paid for
